HELIOCENTRIC HOOPS with Turquoise

This style reminds us of the heliocentric models of the solar system which became the name we chose for these. (Sure they could also be called "Terracentric" if you think the Turquoise looks like the earth, but we prefer naming these after the sun since the copper edging catches and pops the light so nicely!) Each wrapped Turquoise disc is surrounded by two concentric, hammed brass hoops, evenly spaced.

Turquoise strengthens the meridians of the body and the subtle energy fields, enhancing communication between the physical and spiritual worlds. Placed on the Third Eye, it supports intuition and meditation. On the throat chakra, it releases old vows, inhibitions, and allows the soul to express itself once more. 

Outer Brass hoops measure 2 1/4" in diameter (inners are 1 1/4" diameter) and in the centers are these lovely 1/2" diameter Turquoise, copper edged stones

The total height of these from the earwires to the bottoms of the Large Brass hoops is 2 5/8".
