9 • Flow Into Belonging

"I am allowed to take up space. I move at my own pace. I already belong."
You are welcome exactly as you are. Each breath is an invitation to arrive more fully in your body and this moment. You do not need to earn your place through striving or perfection. Healing begins the moment you meet yourself with presence, compassion and grace.
