6 • Breathe into Being
"With each breath, I remember the anchor that lives at my center. All parts of myself are welcome here."
When you pause and connect with your breath, it connects you to the present moment. A place to simply feel yourself. No need to rush or force or be any particular way. Simply take in the goodness that is you.

Practice:
Take three slow breaths. Inhale and invite peace. Exhale and release fear. Notice how presence shifts your experience.
