I'm trying to show up as my best self, I'm on a spiritual quest and pursing the things that light me up. I'm currently enrolled in an amazing Folk Herbalism course with my friend Ilana. [I'll be taking two workshops at the Omega Institute this summer. I have some super fun summer trips planned with my lil fam.] It's easy to feel lost in the chaos of this world, the sorrow, the news. It was weighing me down, diminishing my spark. I'm doing all I can to ignite and feel my fire, to share my light... I invite you to too. Putting these Nomad events and Rock Walks out into the world and having them keep selling out is giving me so much life. If only there were more hours in the day... days in the month!
