CUSTOM JK PIECES FOR YOUR COMPANY OR BUSINESS:
This collaboration is only worthwhile if you plan on ordering at least a dozen pieces (with the hopes that you'd order more throughout the year).
Our process begins by discussing with you the scope of your request(s). We will then provide a written estimate that will break down the associated costs. Once approved we can begin work! Just email us at Jen@jenniferkahnjewelry.com to get the conversation going
Then we'll order a custom stamp of that image. This takes 1-2 weeks but can be rushed and shipped faster from the stamp co for a fee.
Then Jen will make an original in pure silver, we'll photograph it and send the images for your approval. Once approved, it usually takes around 3 weeks to have that piece cast and returned to us. Then we can make them into pendants on chains or earrings for you in 1-2 weeks.
SET UP / FEE:
Jen's original will be cast in a durable mold so that quantities can be made at any time thereafter.
We consider up to 3 rounds of back-and-forth messaging/reference images to finalize the design and receive final approval to be an appropriate amount with print-ready work. This is included in our initial set-up fee. If we need to go more rounds or need to create multiple versions for approvals, this charge will need to be adjusted to cover our additional design time.
Once the design is approved, the stamp is created and the original is made and cast, this one-time set-up portion is concluded. On average, we charge $150 to cover these aspects above.
But this is a one-time fee (per mold required). Each individual design is charged with this one-time set-up fee. You can keep the original silver piece, and while our casting partner will retain your mold for use, technically it will always belong to you, and we can provide that to you upon request.
PRICING FOR OUR FINISHED PIECES:
We will of course provide a quote for approval on all costs before we begin casting. While the price of precious metals goes up and down all the time, we like to find an average price that can remain consistent over a period so that you and we don’t need to raise or lower our prices with each fluctuation. You can choose brass or Sterling Silver (brass is significantly less expensive). We can make you earrings or pendants or both!
We will sell each piece that you order to you at 50% of the suggested retail price, labeled as “Wholesale pricing”. We are happy to provide our JK earring backer cards with our UPC retail pricing sticker on each, or we can also just provide our jewelry as-is for you to price tag to your preferences. We can also provide individual boxes to you for a small charge.
Once we have an active mold of your design(s), you can order as many or as few quantities as you would like over time. We can offer a discount on 100qty or more pieces ordered at one time (this is the discount our casting partner gives us, which we are happy to pass along!) but there are no price-breaks or discounts aside from that. But the great news is that there are no minimums to hit! So, you can place an order for 20 pieces, as an example, and then months later order just 2 more, with no worries that you aren’t meeting any minimum requirements!
PAYMENT:
We will always provide a written quote or estimate for approval on each job before we begin. Our terms of payment depend on our relationship with the client, whether they are new to us or existing customers.

For new customers, we require either full payment of the “set-up fee” portion before we begin or the “set-up fee” plus all or a 50% portion of the “material costs” as labeled, with the balance due upon final delivery of items.
For existing customers, unless otherwise specified in our quote/estimate/bill, we will accept total payment for all the aspects with standard NET-30 terms.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY:
We can use your account number for 3rd party billing to ship items to you, or we can cover the shipping or delivery costs and add them to your bill. As stated above, most custom orders will take 3-5 weeks to fulfill from the time you place an order, and we can ship or deliver immediately after we complete the work on your pieces that we receive from our casting partner.
