Let's welcome spring with another Stowe event! We held 2 at the end of last year and both sold out so fast, Jessica and I have been trying to schedule another and it just came together!

Jessica of Rose Healing Arts will first offer a nourishing yin yoga session. Yin is a slow-paced style of yoga in which the postures are designed to be held for a minimum of three minutes. During the class, she will be offering hands-on energy healing, known as Reiki. This is deeply relaxing, healing and supportive for every level of your being. It brings balance to the energetic body. There will also be therapeutic touch and aromatherapy weaved into the mix for ultimate relaxation. Then we'll fuse all of that good energy into creating intentional adornment to take on your journey…

$50 of your payment will be put toward your Nomad Necklace or Earrings! Plan to budget between $50-$150 more for your necklace or earrings depending on what pieces and how many you choose. You'll get to comb through my Nomadic Collection of amulets and treasures. (I can also stamp some custom word pendants for you ahead of the event.)  You can see all the options HERE. 

We'll pull oracle cards, enjoy tasty charcuterie boards, drink tea and then enjoy the hot tub and indoor pool and lounge at the spa! (Our event ends at 3:30 but you can enjoy the spa till 7:00 or you could arrive ahead of the event to enjoy those first.) We're so excited to offer this mini retreat of nourishment, healing, adornment and community!

This will take place at Top Notch resort in Stowe! Plus we have a special lodging rate if any participants want to stay over the night before!
