Solar prominences are large, bright pops of plasma that are anchored to the Sun's surface in its photosphere that extend into the Sun's outer atmosphere. These prominences are often visible during a solar eclipse and I've tried to pay tribute to this beautiful activity by incorporating one of my hammered triangles in the periphery of the hoop! (And this design allows for the triangle/prominence to move freely on the hoop.)
These forged, hammered and oxidized Sterling Silver hoops are polished to a matte finish and are one of the best "everyday" styles we offer! They're suspended from Sterling Silver earwires.
