#8 Bookmatched Polychrome "Desert" Jasper Trapezoidal dangles in Tiny Brass Hoops OOAK #8

I was able to source a few more bookmatched crystals/gemstones in time for the Holidays, including this pair of Polychrome (commonly known as "Desert") Jaspers! Unless I can find any more at the last minute, this will most likely be the last Desert Jasper pair we'll have to offer!

If you've ever been hiking in a desert with mesas dappling the horizon, this pair will certainly speak to you! These look like mini landscape photos shot from the perspective of someone peering up at the dusky sky!

Desert Jasper is a variety of Jasper that was only recently discovered on the Northern Coast of Madagascar! In 2008, while exploring for more deposits of the highly desired Ocean Jasper, the first deposit of Polychrome was accidentally found. Since then, two additional deposits have been found throughout the island. This Jasper is typically multicolored, with pastel hues of purples, tans and pinks. When one taps into the vibrations of Desert Jasper, they are imbuing themselves with ancient Earth energy. The true “roots” of this rock will begin to grow around our etheric body while channelling nurturing vibrations to uplift your life force.
