From my "ORIJEN'S" collection collection (a 2022 line consisting of some of my original designs and textures, inspired from waaaaay back that I have resurrected and simplified to make some sweet new pendants and earrings):

STERLING SILVER SPIRAL PATTERN FACE/ WEAVE TEXTURE BACK REVERSIBLE CIRCLE MEDALLION:  This circle-shaped, Sterling Silver medallion features one of my Spiral textures on its face and has a different, weave/linear texture on its reverse with a single raised dot! It also has a raised sculpted top/bail to allow it to be suspended from 16"/18" adjustable Oxidized Sterling Silver Chain. It measures just shy of 1" in diameter and is about as thick as a dime.
