ORIJEN'S: Sterling Silver REVERSIBLE TEXTURED DISC with 3 DOTS Medallion on Sterling Silver Necklace

From my "ORIJEN'S" collection (a 2022 line consisting of some of my original designs and textures, inspired from waaaaay back that I have resurrected and simplified to make some sweet new pendants and earrings):
REVERSIBLE KEYHOLED DISK WITH 3 DOTS: This handcrafted disk has a circle+wedge, or keyhole shape removed at its top and is accented with 3 raised dots over one of my favorite textured surfaces. It is suspended from a 16"/18" adjustable Sterling Silver chain and has a completely different textured pattern on its reverse so it can be worn both ways!
The overall circular shape is just a tad over 1" in diameter.
