Sarah Wylie of redblossommedicine.com is a naturopathic doctor and birth attendant. She taught classes with Rosita Arvigo (maya abdominal massage) for many years. She will guide our group with a meditation that facilitates alignment from the cosmos to the earth via the chakra system. Then, through meditation, we'll explore the uterus/ovaries/pelvic bowl as we would the Caves of Lascaux. After this, she'll teach us all a simplified version of hands-on self abdominal massage. 

She's excited to create an opportunity for:
• Grounding into the altar of the pelvic bowl
• Finding resources deep within that help us clarify our dreams and boundaries
• Healing what boundaries have been trespassed
• Amplifying Sovereign Feminine Wisdom

We'll take some time to integrate the experience and I'll chat about the moon and how to work with it. We'll fuse all of this amazing energy into creating intentional adornment to take on your journey!

$50 of your payment will be put toward your Nomad Necklace or Earrings! Plan to budget between $50-$150 more for your necklace or earrings depending on what pieces and how many you choose. You'll get to comb through my Nomadic Collection of amulets and treasures. We'll pull oracle cards, enjoy yummy food and drink mocktails. We're so excited to offer this event in the spirit of self care, adornment and community!

This will take place a the common area of Jen's private studio in the Soda Plant in Burlington, VT.
