The brass hoop is 1" in diameter, the Rainbow medallion measures approximately 7/8" wide x 1/2" tall, and these have a total length from the earwires to the bottom of the Silver chain of 3 1/4". These are also available in a reverse style, with the Silver and Brass elements switched!
