HERA GODDESS Feather Earrings: Large Brass Hoops/Moons, Fall GOLDEN-BROWN Peacock Feathers

Hera, Olympian queen of the Gods and the Goddess of marriage, women, childbirth, the sky and the stars of heaven. She was usually depicted as a woman wearing a crown and holding a royal, lotus-tipped sceptre, and sometimes accompanied by a peacock.

The design for these is simple- a large hammered hoop (the earth) suspends a downward-facing moon (the Heavens) with a gorgeous Golden Brown-dyed Peacock feather displayed in the frames the hoops create.

The Large Hammered Brass hoop is 2 1/4" in diameter and these hang 4 1/2" from sterling silver earwires to the bottoms of the Peacock Feathers.
